How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.
Is there a deposit fee?
Yes there is a one time lock and deposit fee of $15. This deposit is refundable and will be mailed to you once you move out and turn in your lock and as long as the unit is not damaged.
When can I get to my belongings?
At our facility our gate access hours are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday. We will provide you with a gate code every month for after hours so you can get in 24/7 all year round.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit
What kind of security does your facility have?
We have a lighted facility, Security Patrol, and Video Surveillance Security
Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance.
How much notice to vacate must be given before I move out?
No notice is required. If you move out before your month is up, we will prorate your rent back to you
along with your deposit as long as your lock and key is returned and storage is in original condition
when you rented it.
To whom and when do I pay my bill?
Storage unit rent is prepaid monthly, and is due on the first day of each calendar month. You will have the ability to make the payment in person, by mail, or over the phone. You may also arrange to have your payment be automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature.
Our facility is equipped with a payment drop box however we do not recommend this for cash payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards! Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program!

We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Please contact our facility for available sizes and

Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
No we do not.
Do you off a Military Discount for active members?
